Q: WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

A: Our business hours are 9am-5pm MST.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY CASE BACK?

A: You will be able to choose the time frame in which you'd like to receive your results. A standard case requires 3-5 days processing time while a standard rush requires 1-3 days. We also offer 12-hour and 3-hour rush options that will have your results back as quick as you need them. 

All rush cases are billed extra. 

Q: HOW DOES BILLING WORK?

A: Payment is due upon receipt of requested information.

We reserve the right to decline any further case requests due to a negative balance on your account. 

Q: IF THE INFORMATION I RECEIVE IS INCORRECT, DO I GET A REFUND?

A: We will refund your payment in full if our results are confirmed incorrect. You will be required to submit proof of the correct liability limits before we will release your refund.
